How it works in Scotland?

Here at Glasgow Clyde College the students have been working through the video and learning training materials produced through the E_Cuisine project.

The trainees think that the materials are great and easy to work through and are really impressed by the work done by our partner organisations in France, Poland and Germany.

Watch the video clips from across the partnership has provided our training with ‘Food for Thought’ and a ‘Taste’ of what can be achieved outside the UK and indeed outside Scotland.

Our trainees quoted:

‘I fancy working in Germany’

The next step for Glasgow Clyde College is to secure mobility funding to encourage our young trainees to take the first step to working outside Scotland and the UK.
