Menus are (almost) ready !

Scotland and Germany sent their menus this week. Great job ! I don't really get it but this looks really typical and yummy ! See for yourselves:

SCOTTISH MENU

STARTER
Haggis, neeps and tatties with drambui cream

SOUP COURSE
Cullen skink

MAIN COURSE
Saddle of venison with black pudding, rumbledethump glazed vegetables and a thyme and redcurrant reduction

DESSERT
Cranachan with an oatmeal wafer and raspberry sauce

This menu is full of name of ingredients and dishes I had never seen before but I love it ! Sounds really Scottish ! Can't wait to see the pictures !

GERMAN MENU
STARTER
Aal in Gelee
Eel in in jelly
SOUP COURSE
Berliner Kartoffelsuppe
Potato soup in Berlin style
MAIN COURSE
Sauerbraten mit Rotkohl und Kartoffelklössen
Beef roast marinated in vinegar and herbs in Rhineland style with red cabbage and potato dumplings

DESSERT
Weincreme mit Himbeeren
Wine cream with raspberries

You can see that the dishes are very typical because it's really hard to translate the names... It will be a great opportunity for the students to learn about the language and cultural aspects of other countries at the same time !

France has 3 dishes but no soups so far.

FRANCE MENU
STARTER
Noix de st jacques au beurre de pommeau, légumes croquants de Créances
Scallops cooked in apple brandy butter with cripsy vegetable julienne
MAIN COURSE
Filet d'agneau de pré salé rôti et son jus, petits légumes
Roasted salt meadow lamb filet with gravy and crispy sweet vegetables

DESSERT
Tarte normande
Norman Apple Pie
Nothing so far from Poland since winter was very cold there and vegetables couldn't grow :-)

I updated the online map so that it's more simple and contains all the dish informations you see above. Visit http://www.mindmeister.com/132561488/ecuisine

I tried to add some pictures to the dishes but obviously I had to pick from google Images... maybe some of them are wrong but we'll soon publish the real pictures as our teams start filming their recipes.
